CIC will be attending as an exhibitor the 4^th annual edition of UtiliNet Europe, event to be held in Brussels, Belgium on May 15^th, 16^th and 17^th.

This 4th edition is expected to bring more than 100 utility telecom and cybersecurity professionals. This time the event offers to its attendees learn first-hand how European TSOs and DSOs protect their telecommunications networks in order to guarantee high levels of reliability and cybersecurity as they migrate from SDH to IP-MPLS and while MPLS -TP consolidates.

The telecom networks are complex and composed of different technologies and vendors making difficult the efficient network management. During UtiliNet the scheduled presentations will address different IP migration strategies, different technology options such as MPLS-TP, SDH, IP and others, as well as network management and monitoring technologies like SCADA and PLC. Also during the event will review the integration of IP network security. In addition, the third day is reserved for workshops related to cybersecurity and teleprotection of telecommunications networks in the Utilities market.
