The E2E Sync Map Extension Addon for SGRwin simplifies the management of telecom network synchronization and optimizes its configuration. With this addon, you can automatically discover existing synchronization paths by combining physical connection data with real-time sync statistics from each device.

This extension allows to show at a graphical level the paths that synchronization has through the devices and their links and the quality level that each node has. It also allows to assign each clock device to devices of the transport network, being able to show for each device the hop number that exists up to the device connected to the clock. These features allow the user to have a comprehensive view of the network synchronization status and to detect problems in a simple way, saving significant time and effort in management.

Topics to be covered
  • Show synchronization paths and qualities on the map
  • Show clock sources of each device
  • How to assign a clock device to a transport device
  • Show number of hops to synchronization origin
  • Show real case of changing the synchronization path through the equipment
Additional Benefits of the E2E Sync Map Addon

The E2E Sync Map Addon enhances synchronization monitoring and management in telecom networks by providing a precise visualization of synchronization paths, signal quality, and clock sources. Its automatic discovery and real-time analysis capabilities help detect potential degradations and optimize the assignment of synchronization references, reducing manual errors and improving decision-making.
